GENERAL QUERIES

CAN I ORDER AS A GIFT FOR SOMEONE ELSE?

Yes you can! When you ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information.

Please enter in as shipping address the recipient’s name and shipping information.

We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.

MY ORDER IS MISSING, WHAT TO DO?

If your item does not show as delivered on the tracking system and it was not received, it is possible the item was lost in transit. In these rare cases, we will issue a replacement. Please contact us at support@dijan-london.com ASAP and we will do our best to help.

Each case is different so be sure to include all relevant information when contacting us.

If the customer provided the wrong address and the package was either delivered to this address or recycled by their local postal service due to the address being incorrect or incomplete, our company  DIJAN-LONDON.COM is not liable for the item and cannot issue a free replacement. 

If your package is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service in your country (e.g., USPS, Canada Post,FedEx, DHL, etc.) and to the correct address provided at checkout but it has not been received, it is possible your package was stolen from your address. In these rare cases, we advise you to file a dispute and investigation with the local postal service, your bank, and your local non-emergency police.

Most major credit cards cover customers for items that are lost or stolen. Since there is no way for us to verify that items were not received since our system and the local tracking system shows it as delivered, we cannot issue a refund.

I HAVE ENTERED THE WRONG DETAILS, CAN THIS BE CHANGED?

Yes, we encourage you to email our customer service department as soon as possible so they can change the address information or product. Unfortunately, we cannot change the details of your order after it has been shipped. To be on the safe side, please contact our customer service team to discuss solutions.

To prevent any future complications, be sure to review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Confirm that all information, such as apartment numbers, street names, and postal/ZIP codes, is correct.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?

After you've returned your items to us, your refund will be processed within 10 business days once they arrive at our warehouse.

You can monitor the status of your return using the tracking information from your chosen carrier, which will confirm when the package reaches our warehouse.

The 10-business-day processing time begins at that point. Once your refund is processed, you’ll be notified.

Please note, it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account. If you do not see your refund within this period, please contact us at support@dijan-london.com or click here for assistance.

DO YOU OFFER WARRANTY ON YOUR PRODUCT?

We endorse the quality of our products and are committed to promptly resolving any concerns or issues. Our warranties typically include coverage for manufacturing defects and workmanship problems for a specific period from the purchase date. Remember that warranty terms may differ by product.

WHAT ARE THE VAT AND DUTIES OF THE PRODUCT?

VAT and Duties are already included in the product price.

ORDERS & DELIVERY

HOW CAN I SEE THE PROGRESS OF MY ORDER?

Orders are handled and sent out usually within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.

After the shipment of your order, you will receive an email notification with tracking details. You will get comprehensive tracking information to follow the status of your order after receiving the shipment notification.

To track your shipment's progress, simply use the tracking information on our website's tracking page.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER, BUT, MY TRACKING SAYS IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED. WHAT I CAN DO?

Here are a few steps you can take if your item has been shipped but you haven't received it, according to your tracking information:

Verify Your Delivery Location: Upon submitting the order, make sure the delivery location was entered accurately. Occasionally, parcels could be delivered to your front desk, a neighbor, or another spot on your property.

Check for Delivery Notes: See if the carrier has left any delivery notes. In the event that you are not home to accept the delivery, carriers will occasionally leave parcels with a receptionist or in secure areas.

Reach out with the Carrier: Speak with the shipping company that is mentioned in your tracking details. Give them the tracking info and explain the details of the situation. They might be able to start an investigation into the situation or offer further information about the delivery.

Contact Customer Support: Get in touch with us if, despite doing the aforementioned procedures, you are still unable to find your delivery. Give them the specifics of your order along with the tracking number. We'll collaborate with you to find a solution and make sure you get your order as soon as we can.

File a Claim: You might need to contact the shipping carrier to make a claim if an item is sometimes marked as delivered but is never received. Our customer service representatives can help you with this procedure and provide you any necessary information.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PACKAGE?

While we take enormous pride in the quality of our items and the very careful packaging we use to keep them in top condition, courier companies occasionally mishandle packages.

If you receive a package that appears to be damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Take photos of the packaging, including any dents, tears, or damages.
  • Contact the courier company as soon as possible to report the issue.
  • Send us an email at support@dijan-london.com with the same photos of the packaging, and we'll do our best to assist you.
HOW CAN I PROCEED WHEN I HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming it. The order number (which must be at least six digits long), the order summary, and the address for delivery are all contained in this email.

Emails confirming orders can occasionally inadvertently end up in your spam or trash folder. Look these folders in your email account for a moment to make sure the confirmation email is there.

In case you have not received an order confirmation after verifying your email address, waiting for a while, and checking your spam folder, then please contact our customer support team. Provide them all the details of your order, such as your complete name and order number, and they will help you check the status of your order and, if needed, send you another email confirmation.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style/variant or return for a refund. As a reminder, return shipping is on your own cost.

RETUNS & EXCHANGES

HOW CAN I START A RETURN?

Please send an email to support@djan-london.com with your order number and the reason for the return within 30 days after delivery. You can ship the item back to us once our team has reviewed your request and given the go-ahead for the return. To assist us handle your return as soon as possible, please make sure the item is in its original packing and undamaged. You should also include your order number and shipping name in the return package.

We offer a Return & Refund Policy for unused items in their original packaging.

For Items that have been used, worn, or damaged through normal use or misuse are not eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item was damaged upon receipt.

All refunds are processed in U.S. Dollar ($USD), the same as the original purchase.

HOW DOES YOUR 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE WORK?

You have 30-days to return or exchange your purchase.

All Items must be returned to us originally packed and unused.
